SpamRescue is a service of CompanionLink Software, Inc. By using this site, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must stop using the site.
SpamRescue connects to your email mailbox via IMAP or OAuth and scores incoming messages for spam likelihood. You review the scores and choose to rescue, hide, or delete messages. SpamRescue acts only on your explicit instructions.
When you instruct SpamRescue to delete messages, those messages are permanently removed from your mailbox. This action cannot be undone. SpamRescue does not maintain copies of deleted messages. You are solely responsible for reviewing your queue before authorizing deletion.
SpamRescue depends on third-party email providers including Google (Gmail), Microsoft (Outlook), and any IMAP-compatible mail server. We cannot guarantee the accuracy of spam scoring, the availability of third-party mail services, or uninterrupted access to your mailbox. Spam scoring is probabilistic and may occasionally flag legitimate messages.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You agree not to use SpamRescue to access mailboxes you do not own or are not authorized to manage. You agree not to misuse or attempt to reverse-engineer the service.
You agree to provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Your use of the site is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review it to understand how we handle data.
This service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Spam scoring is for informational purposes and should not be solely relied upon for email management decisions. We disclaim all liability for damages arising from use or inability to use the service, including loss of email messages.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CompanionLink Software, Inc.'s total liability is limited to the amount you paid for use of this service in the prior 12 months. If you use the service free of charge, our liability is zero. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of data or email messages. Your sole remedy is to discontinue use of the service.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, USA. Jurisdiction for disputes lies exclusively in Multnomah County, Oregon.
