One customer message lost to spam is a missed opportunity. But who has the time to scan spam every day? I did it for years on 5 mailboxes โ€” which is why I built this product.

Five saved sales cover a year.

What is your time worth?

Common questions

What happens after the free trial?

Your account stays active on the Free plan automatically โ€” one mailbox, manual scans. No charge, no surprise. Upgrade when you're ready.

What email providers are supported?

Any mailbox accessible via IMAP โ€” Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Outlook, Zoho, Fastmail, Apple Mail, and most business hosting providers. Personal Gmail and Outlook.com accounts are supported with app passwords.

What are helper accounts?

Helper accounts let a team member โ€” an assistant, a VA, an office manager โ€” review and rescue emails on your behalf. They see the rescue queue but never see your mailbox credentials or account settings. Your first month of helper accounts is free so you can see how the workflow fits your team before it counts toward your plan.

Is my email content stored?

SpamRescue stores metadata โ€” sender, subject, score, and timestamps โ€” not message body content. We read your spam folder to score messages, but we do not retain what's inside them.

Can I change or cancel my plan?

Yes, anytime. Upgrades take effect immediately. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period. One button, no forms, no email required.

Do you offer larger plans for agencies or big teams?

Not yet โ€” the Professional plan handles up to 10 mailboxes which covers most teams. If you need more, drop us a note and we'll work something out.
